These sample trays are made to fit Harrick Plasma cleaners and help organize parts inside the chamber for repeatable plasma cleaning and surface activation. They are useful for microfluidics workflows such as PDMS surface activation, PDMS-glass bonding preparation, and batch processing of small samples.
Pyrex trays are a robust, cost-effective choice for routine use with common process gases such as air, oxygen, nitrogen, or argon.
Quartz trays are recommended when you need the lowest contamination risk or when using more reactive chemistries, as quartz is more chemically resistant and can help reduce residues compared to Pyrex.
Choose the tray that matches your plasma cleaner size (Compact or Expanded) and your chamber material (Pyrex or Quartz).
