Microfabrication Equipments

We use this microfabrication equipment to build masters, masks, and prototype chips right on the bench. You can handle everything from high-resolution direct-write lithography down to a few microns up to curing PDMS at a steady 65°C without booking expensive cleanroom time.

The trade-off is that benchtop tools lack the strict particulate filtration of a true ISO class cleanroom, so dust contamination will occasionally ruin a feature if you are not careful. If you need help figuring out how to fit a mask aligner or a UV LED lamp into your tight bench space, let me know.
