This Pneumatic Primer enables efficient removal of air bubbles from microfluidic devices using controlled low-pressure gas.
Designed for use with SynVivo chips and compatible with single or multi-device priming.
General
The Pneumatic Primer is a low-pressure regulation system (0–1.03 bar) designed to remove trapped air from microfluidic device channels and barriers. Using inert nitrogen gas, pressure is applied to drive air through PDMS pores, typically completing priming within 10–20 minutes.
The system includes an in-line filter to prevent contamination and supports both single-device operation and batch priming of up to six devices using the manifold present in starter packs.
Devices are connected via Luer-Lock fittings, allowing straightforward integration into existing lab setups.
