Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The turning valve sensor platform belongs to our sensor integration chip family. These platforms allow mounting a sensor with maximum dimensions of 11.5 mm x 10.5 mm in a prepared cavity with six switchable inlets and one outlet. The channels have dimensions of 400 µm width and 150 µm depth. The valve can be operated with the manual turning valve actuator or the ChipGenie TV instrument. The sensor can be mounted via a double-sided adhesive tape gasket, which is 140 µm thick. Fluidic 673 can be combined with a double-sided adhesive tape in the shape of a rhombic chamber (Fluidic 1053) or straight channel (Fluidic 1052). The double-sided adhesive tape is not included with this product and needs to be ordered separately. Please note: When working with samples that tend to form bubbles, it is recommended to use the platform Fluidic 1156, which includes a bubble trapping chamber before the sensor integration area. Watch this video for more information on assembling your sensor integration chip:
This sensor integration chip platform enables rapid prototyping and analytical development for microfluidic applications. It supports the installation of diverse sensors in a well-defined, accessible cavity, ensuring proper flow routing with six inlets and one outlet. The chip can be interfaced using a Mini Luer interface and offers transparent body material for visual access during experiments. The device is suited for combination with different adhesive chamber formats and can be operated either manually or using dedicated instruments for streamlined lab work. For samples that may form air bubbles, an alternative variant with an integrated bubble trap is recommended.
This product is ideal for flexible integration and testing of sensors in a range of microfluidic workflows and liquid-handling scenarios.
