Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The turning valve sensor platform Fluidic 1737 belongs to our sensor integration chip family. Fluidic 1737 allows mounting a sensor with maximum dimensions of 7.5 mm x 7.5 mm in a prepared cavity with four switchable in- and outlets. The channels have a width of 400 µm and a depth of 150 µm. The valve can be operated with the manual turning valve actuator or the ChipGenie TV instrument. The sensor can be mounted via a double-sided adhesive tape gasket, which is 140 µm thick. Fluidic 1737 can be combined with a double-sided adhesive tape in the shape of a square chamber (Fluidic 1752) or two through holes (Fluidic 1746). The double-sided adhesive tape is not included with this product and needs to be ordered separately. Watch this video for more information on assembling your sensor integration chip:
The Sensor Integration Chip - Turning Valve Sensor Platform 2 Fluidic 1737 is made for labs and research teams that need flexible microfluidic sensor integration. It supports both manual and automated operation, making it suitable for many research settings. Channel switching is quick and reliable, while the transparent material allows for easy sample visual checks. It is compatible with different types of adhesive-taped chambers for extra flexibility.
This platform provides high adaptability due to the switchable channel design. The hydrophilized surface treatment ensures reliable fluid handling and reduces sample loss from adsorption. It is a practical option for rapid experiment design and prototyping. Combine it with your preferred sensors and actuators as needed for your application.
This chip is ideal for laboratory research and development, analytical chemistry, diagnostics and custom sensor integration projects. Common applications include:
