Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The basic sensor platform is one of our sensor integration chips. They help evaluating combinations of microfluidics and sensors (e. g. silicon photonic or electrochemical sensors). All our sensor chips have an area for sensor integration, either as chamber or open area. In both cases the sensor of choice can be mounted via a double-sided adhesive tape gasket. This gasket is 140 µm high and an integral part of the fluidic system, shaping the sensor integration area. Each chip has fitting gaskets that need to be ordered in addition to the chip. A customization of gaskets is possible. This chip is best combined with Fluidic 1054, a double-sided adhesive tape in the shape of a rhombic chamber. The Sensor integration chip - Basic sensor platform Fluidic 864 allows for direct, secure sensor mounting with a tailored fluidic interface. It includes an area that is either a chamber or open section, fully compatible with high-quality gasket seals. The dedicated adhesive gasket not only mounts the sensor but is also part of the fluidic architecture.
This product is recommended together with the Fluidic 1054 rhombic chamber gasket for optimal setup. Customers can further customize the gaskets, making the platform adaptable for evolving research directions in microfluidics and sensor evaluation.
