Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.
The overflow cell culture chip Fluidic 1600 features eight functional units for cell culture of suspension cells under flow. The media flow above the well containing the cells, allowing constant media exchange. The chip is designed for minimal loss of cells during flow, making it ideal for the culture of particularly valuable specimen, such as primary cells. The chip can either be attached to pumps directly or clamped into the Lab-on-chip handling platform (LOC HP) for easier pump connection.
