The new version of the well-known IPC programmable peristaltic pump ensures repeatable results accross 8, 12, 16 or 24 channels at low flow rates. Its planetary gear technology ensures provides flows from 0.0004 to 45 mL/min with minimal pulsatility and high precision.
General
The new IPC low-flow programmable pump provides high-accuracy multichannel flows with an intuitive touch-screen interface through precise control and dispense. The planetary gears working principle of this pump decreases pulsatility and ensures a longer tubing life. Eight stainless steel rollers work simultaneously in a smooth rotation to create a stable and reproducible liquid flow, from 0.0004 to 45 mL/min through up to 24 channels. This new serie is now rated IP31, while the old model was IP30.
The IPC now displays an user-friendly multi-language touchscreen with previous and additional features:
- Easy calibration according to tubing dimensions,
- Flow direction, rate or rpm control and display,
- Continuous run, volume or time dispensing modes,
- Roller positioning feedback system for improved dispense repeatability,
- Up to 50 programs save and recall option,
- 3-level user authentication feature,
- Compatible with MasterflexLive app for real-time distance monitoring,
- RS-232 serial, analog, and EtherNet/lP remote control available.
Included Click’n’go™ cartridges with automatic occlusion provide a simplified use as well as reproducible results through defined and repeatable occlusion conditions. Pressure lever cartridges offer the option to manually adjust this occlusion, to be purchased separately.
Two pump models are available, the main difference between the IPC 11 and IPC 45 series is their flow rate range:
- 0.0004 to 11 ml/min (per channel) for the IPC 11 serie,
- 0.0016 to 45 ml/min (per channel) for the IPC 45 serie.
