This evaluation set is a comprehensive solution for testing and optimizing microfluidic systems with Bartels BP7 micropumps. It includes the mp-Multiboard2 controller, their BP7 pumps, a pump driver, a flow rate sensor, the Regulation software, a damper, tubing and connectors. This kit simplifies the control and regulation of flow rates with its advanced software and flow rate sensor.
The included regulation software, the Flow Control Regulation Software for Bartels Micropumps, provides an intuitive interface and a range of functionalities to manage pump performance. With real-time flow monitoring and adjustable parameters, it allows users to fine-tune flow rates and ensure consistent microfluidic operation.
BP7 Tubing micropumps are miniaturized double diaphragm pumps. Each micropump operates through two piezo actuators. Thanks to its space- and energy-efficient design, these pumps remain cost-effective even at high production volumes. The choice of materials makes the micropumps highly versatile, while adjustable flow rates ensure they can serve a wide range of applications. Based on your specific needs, you can select one of the two drivers to be included in the kit:
To complete the kit, the controller, the driver, the damper and the pumps come with 1.3 mm ID LMT-55 Tygon tubing and hose clamps to ensure a perfectly tight system.
