Co-flow droplet generators to generate monodisperse emulsions, with one oil inlet, two water inlets, and one outlet. 6 devices per chip, with 0.5 mm, 1 mm, or 1.2 mm punched holes to accommodate most tubing sizes.
The design is declined in various nozzle and collection channel widths and different channel depths to generate droplets from 20 µm to 70 µm.

These co-flow droplet generators in PDMS combine 5 or 6 devices with 3 inlets and 1 outlet in a standard microscope slide format to generate water-in-oil monodisperse emulsions. They are available in various nozzle widths, collection channel widths, and channel heights to generate droplets from 20 µm to 70 µm.
Coated with a silane mix after bonding to guarantee good and consistent hydrophobic properties.

The punched hole size enables you to use the following tubing or couplers:
- 1 mm: for 1.06 mm OD rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, FEP, PFA, etc.) or 18G couplers for soft-walled tubing
0.5 mm and 1.2 mm punch sizes are now discontinued.
