Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The tesla mixer chip Fluidic 1677 is a very effective mixing tool. It features two different channel design. Each design is found twice on the chip. Booth designs enable mixing of two liquids with two Mini Luer inlets and one Mini Luer outlet. The chip is the ideal tool to evaluate mixing on a small footprint to later embed the design e.g. within a more complex microfluidic workflow. The off-the-shelf-chip can also be used for the production of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs).
This chip offers a practical approach to microfluidic liquid mixing. It is not just for demonstration, but for real, routine use in labs. You get reliable performance for nanoparticle creation or when you need efficient, small-volume mixing. The interface design helps reduce setup time and the clear chip body helps you monitor flows precisely.
The chip fits into many application labs and research setups. With the option to choose between PC and Zeonor materials, it meets various requirements for solvent resistance and visual inspection. It is a standard tool for R&D professionals building microfluidic processes and proof-of-concept devices.
