Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This straight channel chip with an arrangement of channels having the same dimensions besides the cavity depth and therefore different volumes allow for the direct comparison of the channel depth influence on the assay and the measurement. This chip assists in the choice of the right channel dimensions in the design process of integrated microfluidic devices. The 16 channels on this chip are presentd in 4 different versions: * Four channels with a depth of 60 µm with posts * Four channels with a depth of 60 µm without posts * Four channels with a depth of 80 µm with posts * Four channels with a depth of 80 µm without posts
The Straight Channel Chip - Various channel depths Fluidic 625 is a useful development tool for microfluidic researchers and engineers. This chip allows direct, parallel testing of channels with different depths and the impact of posts within channels. As each chip includes 16 channels and covers four configurations, it provides a versatile platform for detailed characterizations. The design supports a systematic approach to optimizing microfluidic device dimensions. Construction from Topas and COC materials ensures robust performance, optical transparency, and compatibility with a wide range of biological and chemical assays. Researchers benefit from standard Mini Luer interfaces for straightforward experimental setup. This chip accelerates the design process by making channel depth effects easy to analyze.
Ideal for experimental protocols that demand systematic channel geometry comparison, microfluidic device prototyping, and parameters screening.
