The SPM HD sequential microdispenser is the high-precision OEM version of the SPM. With enhanced resolution and accuracy, it is designed for applications that require near-pulseless flows, nanolitre-level dosing and exact reproducibility.
General
The SPM HD combines the compact form factor of the OEM SPM with a high-resolution drive and encoder. It ensures highly stable microflows, excellent repeatability and minimal pulsation, making it ideal for demanding laboratory and industrial integration projects.

Improved Flow Stability
Conventional syringe and peristaltic pumps exhibit pulsation and drift at sub-µL/min rates. The SPM HD delivers continuous, pulseless flow with enhanced resolution, eliminating the need for dampers, sensors, or closed-loop feedback.
- Pulseless flow across the full operating range (unlike syringe and peristaltic pumps, which produce significant pulsation at low rates)
- Stable baselines without pressure-induced drift (no dependency on compliance or tubing elasticity)
- Direct volumetric control for reproducible flow delivery
- Simplified setup with no requirement for flow dampers, pressure sensors, or feedback loops

Warning: the low-volume SPM HD is only compatible with 50 to 1000 µL syringes. For 2.5 mL and 5 mL, please check out the SPM+ HD (high-precision high-volume). Low-volume and high-volume syringes cannot be interchanged.
