The SPM+ HD sequential microdispenser is the high-precision, high-volume OEM version of the SPM+. It combines extended syringe capacity with enhanced resolution and accuracy, ensuring pulseless flows and minimal carryover even at higher volumes.

The SPM+ HD integrates a high-resolution stepper drive with encoder into the high-volume OEM SPM+ platform. It delivers stable, continuous flows with excellent reproducibility, and supports syringes up to 5 mL for applications requiring both volume flexibility and nanolitre-level accuracy.

Improved Flow Stability
Conventional syringe and peristaltic pumps exhibit pulsation and drift at sub-µL/min rates. The SPM+ HD delivers continuous, pulseless flow with enhanced resolution, eliminating the need for dampers, sensors, or closed-loop feedback.
- Pulseless flow across the full operating range (unlike syringe and peristaltic pumps, which produce significant pulsation at low rates)
- Stable baselines without pressure-induced drift (no dependency on compliance or tubing elasticity)

Warning: the high-volume SPM+ HD is only compatible with 2.5 mL and 5 mL syringes. For 50 to 1000 µL syringes, please check out the SPM HD (high-precision low-volume). Low-volume and high-volume syringes cannot be interchanged.
