Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

Droplet generator chip Fluidic 1751 features eight droplet generator units on one chip. The continuous phase and dispersed phase are each introduced through one inlet featuring Mini Luer interfaces. The continuous phase runs through the long channel while the dispersed phase runs through the shorter channels and splits into five or ten sub-channels. Therefore, operation of one unit of Fluidic 1751 requires a microfluidic pump with the ability to control two individual flows, while at the same time allowing the generation of the five or ten-fold number of droplets compared to droplet generators with one nozzle. The nozzle sizes vary between the units. * Unit 1: 20µm nozzle * Unit 2: 20µm nozzle * Unit 3: 20µm nozzle * Unit 4: 30 µm nozzle * Unit 5: 30 µm nozzle * Unit 6: 40 µm nozzle * Unit 7: 50 µm nozzle * Unit 8: 50 µm nozzle The generated droplets can be collected in a vial or droplet storage chip connected to the outlet of the long channel.
