The Simultaneous Droplet Generator - 20 µm to 50 µm nozzles Fluidic 1751 is a precise microfluidic device designed to generate droplets simultaneously across eight independent channels. It provides selectable nozzle volumes from 20 µm to 50 µm, with volume adjustment via distinct nozzle sizes on each channel. General

Droplet generator chip Fluidic 1751 features eight droplet generator units on one chip.  The continuous phase and dispersed phase are each introduced through one inlet featuring Mini Luer interfaces. The continuous phase runs through the long channel while the dispersed phase runs through the shorter channels and splits into five or ten sub-channels. Therefore, operation of one unit of Fluidic 1751 requires a microfluidic pump with the ability to control two individual flows, while at the same time allowing the generation of the five or ten-fold number of droplets compared to droplet generators with one nozzle.
