Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The droplet generator chip Fluidic 1114 features eight droplet generation units with a simple flow focusing nozzle of 50 µm and 60 µm. The generated droplets can be captured, monitored and manipulated in the observation chambers that lie downstream of the nozzles. The monitoring chamber come at a height of 60 µm and 80 µm. As oppose to most other droplet generators in our portfolio, this chip was produced from a Topas material with a high glass transition temperature and can therefore be used in applications that required high temperatures, such as PCR. The Droplet Generator with Monitoring Chamber - 50 µm and 60 µm nozzles Fluidic 1114 is designed for researchers who need precise control over droplet creation in microfluidic applications. With eight droplet generating channels, users can run multiple conditions or replicates at once. The dual-size nozzles provide flexibility in droplet volume for method development or scaling.Its unique Topas material construction in certain variants allows the chip to withstand high temperatures, making it a reliable choice for workflows including PCR or other heat-intensive steps. The simple mini Luer fluidic interface makes integration with lab equipment effortless. Observation chambers downstream allow easy droplet monitoring and manipulation without removing the chip.
