This bundle gathers 4 MEPS-TBC-CH organ-on-a-chip devices as well as all accessories necessary for their use. The MEPS-TBC-CH platform allows 2D-2D co-culture of tissues with physiological shear stress, for biologically relevant modeling of key organs.
General
The MEPS-TBC-CH bundle provides all the materials to build 2D-2D tissue-to-tissue barrier models with the MEPS-TBC-CH platform. It includes 4 chips and all accessories for connecting the chips to a flow control system to apply shear stress and recapitulate organ-specific physiological functions.
The MEPS-TBC-CH platform features 8 independent designs each composed of two microfluidic channels separated by a porous membrane to construct 2D-2D co-culture models.
