Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

Droplet generator chips Fluidic 912 provides eight identical droplet generator units with a nozzle size of 80 μm on one chip. The continuous phase is introduced through one Mini Luer inlet, which separates into two channels. Operation of one unit of Fluidic 912 therefore requires a microfluidic pump with the ability to control two individual flows, one for the continuous and one for the disperse phase. This droplet generator chip is designed for labs that need to create droplets with controlled size and frequency. It works by using precisely machined nozzles and dedicated flow controls for both phases. This helps ensure the generation process is repeatable, even during extended runs or when working with critical mixtures.
The chip fits into microfluidic workflows in medical, chemical, or biological research. The transparent construction lets users visually inspect flow and droplet formation, and the standardized Mini Luer interface makes setup easy. With two independent flows for each droplet unit, users can finely tune droplet properties for a wide range of applications.
