Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The weir-filter chip contains four different weir units, which enable the user to trap particles like beads or cells within the trapping chambers. The slits, enabling this trapping effect, come at the heights of 5 µm, 10 µm and 20 µm.
The Weir-filter chip - 5 µm to 20 µm slits Fluidic 220 is engineered to support reproducible and reliable trapping of particles in microfluidic workflows. Four integrated weir units with varying slit heights provide users with flexibility to process multiple particle sizes in a single chip. Manufactured with options for different polymers and surface treatments, the chip can be customized for diverse sample needs—whether you require hydrophilic surfaces for improved flow control or transparent materials for easy imaging. The Mini Luer interface ensures broad compatibility with standard lab equipment. The chip’s transparent construction also allows visual monitoring of trapping processes in real time.
This chip is best used in particle trapping and separation workflows. Typical applications are in research laboratories and quality control, where separation or capture of beads, cells, or similar particles is required.
