Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This waste chamber chip with two channels and a waste chamber each features Mini Luer interfaces. The waste chamber can be used for on-chip waste storage. The channel has the following dimensions: * Channel length: 26 mm * Channel width: 2.5 mm * Channel depth: 0.2 mm The waste chamber has the following dimensions: * Chamber length: 14.5 mm * Chamber width: 10.3 mm * Chamber depth: 4.1 mm The chip is offered in a transparent and colored version. For the colored chips, the structured part is dyed and the cover lid is transparent.
This device is tailored for experiments that demand reliable waste handling and minimal dead volume. Modern fabrication ensures compatibility with standard laboratory hardware. The included membrane is suitable for fine filtration, preventing clogging during use.
Multiple material choices allow users to select a chip for chemical compatibility or optical transparency. The chip’s dimensions — with well-defined channels and chambers — make it easy to factor into design or automation processes. Transparency options and subsystem color variants permit visual inspection or selective light shielding as needed.
