The Sensirion SCC1 Connectivity Kit allows to connect Sensirion sensors with Sensirion SCC1-cables. The kit contains 3 cables which allow to connect products from the SLF3x-, LG16- and LS32-series directly to the M8-connector of the SCC1-series. Additional 2 cables have open leads making it easier connecting sensors from the SLF3x-series or the LG16-series to a microcontroller.
General
To obtain a sensor output different from the native I2C interface of Sensirion flow sensors, products from the SCC1 cable series can be used. These cables convert the I2C interface to UART (with a USB connector), RS485 (with SHDLC protocol), or an analog output (voltage or current). Since the SCC1 cables have an M8 connector while most Sensirion sensors use a Molex connector, an adapter cable is required.
The SCC1 Connectivity Kit includes a total of five cables: three cables designed to connect to SCC1 cables and two cables with open leads for customizable setups.
