Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The diffusion mixer Fluidic 186 enables effective micromixing of up to four fluids through diffusion. It features a particular long mixing channel with 217 mm, i.e. the interfacial areas between the fluids is increased to facilitate diffusion. Not only the interfacial area but also contact time will influence the mixing results. By varying the flow rates of fluids to be mixed, the contact time can be controlled in order to achieve effective mixing. With its flow focusing design, the chip can also be used to effectively produce nanoparticles of different kinds.
The Diffusion Mixer Fluidic 186 is a practical solution for those who need to mix up to four fluids with high efficiency by diffusion. The special long channel increases the contact surface, making it possible to achieve thorough mixing of the fluids. By adjusting flow rates, users control the time fluids interact, which is key to the quality of mixing.
Its flow focusing chip design also supports controlled nanoparticle synthesis. The mixer is transparent for easy observation and connects easily with standard lab equipment via Luer interfaces. Offered in two material variants, PC and Zeonor, it adapts to different chemical and physical requirements in the lab.
This product is ideal for precise liquid mixing processes in laboratory and industrial settings. It is suitable for producing nanoparticles, chemical synthesis, and studies requiring controlled multi-fluid mixing.
