Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This basic platform in the format of a microscope slide (75.5 mm x 25.5 mm) is planar but features 2 x 14 olive interfaces. It is therefore the perfect starting point to fabricate your own microfluidic device, e.g. via hot embossing or direct polymer milling. It can also be manipulated using double-sided adhesive tape. The platform is sold in packs of 10 pcs. microfluidic ChipShop also offers direct polymer milling fabrication services using this platform. Just contact us.
This slide-format microfluidic platform offers flexibility for research and development work. Its planar shape and multiple olive interfaces support a wide range of fabricated designs, whether hot embossing or direct milling is needed. The option to select between four different transparent plastics broadens the scope of solvent compatibility and device transparency. The platform comes in packs of 10, providing enough quantity for iterative or parallel experiments. Direct integration services are available for those who want ready-to-use milled devices based on these slides. No pre-treated surfaces and no membrane provide a blank canvas for user-defined applications.
