Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

The Herringbone Multiplex Mixer Fluidic 1826 features Mini Luer interfaces and 6 parallel mixing structures. By attaching just two pressure sources (one for the continuous phase and on for the dispersed phase), the user can reach the 6-fold nanoparticle output.
This mixing module enables scaled-out nano particle synthesis under identical conditions within one run. Having 6 channels operating in parallel enables high volume output compared to single-channel chips. Its design allows for routine integration in microfluidics labs that need reproducible and parallel NP production, such as pharma, materials science, and research facilities. Material selection between PC and Zeonor allows customization to match solvent compatibility and application requirements, making the mixer adaptable.
