The Fluo-ST1 surface treatment from Emulseo is a fluorophilic surface coating agent to increase the performance and stability of aqueous droplets in fluorinated oils.
Supplied in a vial filled with argon, volume of 7 mL.
General
The surface treatment Fluo-ST1 is composed of fluoroalkylsilanes, reactive to plasma etched glass and PDMS. Fluo-ST1 forms a uniform fluorophilic layer covalently attached to surfaces in microfluidic devices. This enhances the performance and stability of aqueous droplets in fluorinated oils.
Fluo-ST1 is compatible with Emulseo oils and surfactants.
