This microfluidic chip uses four liquid channels to deliver cells barcoding hydrogel beads, reagents, and oil to create a barcoded emulsion. 6 devices per chip, with 0.5 mm, 1 mm, or 1.2 mm punched holes to accommodate most tubing sizes.
The design enables you to generate droplets from 80 µm to 120 µm.

This microfluidic chip in PDMS can be used for single-cell transcriptomics experiments. Each chip has 6 microfluidic devices, with 4 inlets and 1 outlet each, in a standard microscope slide format. They enable you to generate droplets from 80 µm to 120 µm.
Coated with a silane mix after bonding to guarantee good and consistent hydrophobic properties.

Choose the punched hole size according to your requirements:
- 0.5 mm: for 1/32" OD rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, FEP, PFA, etc.) or 23G couplers for soft-walled tubing
- 1.0 mm: for 1.06 mm OD rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, FEP, PFA, etc.) or 18G couplers for soft-walled tubing
- 1.2 mm: for 1/16" OD rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, FEP, PFA, etc.) or 18G couplers for soft-walled tubing
