Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.

This stand-alone blister pouch has a volume of 200 µl. You can either mount it on your own design or use it as replacement blister for the blister test chip Fluidic 1021. The blister works best on the microfluidic ChipShop blister seat technology. The blister comes with a ring of double-sided adhesive tape to be mounted on the chip. Afterwards, the blister can be removed for blister replacement. All blisters can be ordered filled either with dye (cyan, magenta, yellow), water (clear) or user-specific liquids (to be provided to microfluidic ChipShop). Please contact us for custom fillings.
The Blister Pouch - 200 µl volume - Fluidic 1184 is built for both custom integration and as a direct replacement in compatible microfluidic chip designs. This pouch uses modern seat technology and features a robust mcs-foil construction. It is dedicated to research and development work that requires easy handling, controlled dispensing, and flexible liquid selection. Multiple color-coded or clear liquid options allow for straightforward experiment tracking or adaptation to different analytical protocols.
The adhesive ring ensures quick setup and reliability, while the single-use format supports precision and avoids cross-contamination. Designed without extra surface treatments or membranes, it is simple and reliable for a wide range of microfluidic tasks.
This blister pouch is ideal for microfluidic device prototyping, rapid assay development, and chip-based liquid dispensing in controlled laboratory environments.
