Whereas standard ChipShop connectors only accept soft-walled tubing, this set of connectors allows connecting any 1/16" OD rigid tubing to a ChipShop chip.
Suitable for rigid tubing (PTFE, PEEK, etc.) with an OD of 1/16" (1.6 mm). Manufactured in blue TPE, max. pressure of 3.2 bar with a 1/16" OD PEEK tubing.
Plugs to block unused ports are also available in our shop.
This assay chip Fluidic 292 chip allows for the development of hybridization assays on chip. Six 12 µl cavities with 200 µm depth can be used for spotting different kinds of arrays. Four of these chambers are operated in row, two further separately. The separate chambers allow e.g. for control or quantification reactions and have pre-cavities to store dry reagents. Sample injection is foreseen through a female Luer interface, reagent supply or air pressure through the female Mini Luer interfaces. The chip is equipped with the following functional elements: * six reaction & detection chambers with 12 µl volume each * two pre-storage chambers with 12 µl volume each * two turning valves for flow control * one membrane in the waste chamber for air release
This microfluidic assay chip is designed for researchers developing hybridization assays on chip. Each of the six 12 µl reaction chambers accommodates separate arrays, offering independent assay setup and readout. Four chambers are arranged for sequential operations, while two can function independently—ideal for setting up controls or quantification reactions.
