We stock these photopolymer resins specifically for printing high-resolution microfluidic channels and master molds directly on the bench. You can choose from optically clear formulations for fluorescence microscopy or biocompatible options for long-term cell culture, easily hitting feature sizes down to 10 or 20 µm.

These materials are perfect for rapid prototyping, but keep in mind that any uncured photoinitiator left trapped in the polymer matrix will severely compromise cell viability. If you need help picking the right washing solvent or a thermal post-curing protocol to make your prints truly biocompatible, just let me know.
